that Amy Mullins has joined its Private Banking office in Bellevue as a Vice
President and Private Banking Officer. Mullins comes to Columbia Private
Banking from Key Bank in Kirkland, where she was a Vice President and
Relationship Manager.

Prior to joining Columbia Private Banking, Ms. Mullins was a Vice
President with Key Bank, where she had been for 10 years, working with

Key's Seattle/Bellevue district. She has lived in the Puget Sound area for
over 10 years, hailing originally from Ohio. Ms. Mullins lives in Redmond with
her husband and daughters, and is involved in the Lake Washington Youth Soccer
Association and is Secretary/Treasurer of the Eastside Fast Pitch Club.
